We spent a lovely Easter holiday in a resort near Ubud. the room was cozy and comfortable, and we loved the fact that there were many orchids and tropical plants around. We also enjoyed taking a dip in the clean blue pool during our stay.
Some light bulbs need to be changed, and the room wasn't perfectly clean.

Friendly staff and good value for money. The breakfast options were diverse, but the pancakes were the most delicious. The hotel is situated close to many restaurants and shops and offers free Wi-Fi, which is a big plus.
Bathrooms were not as clean as they could be. The air-conditioning could use an upgrade as it wasn't working well in some of the rooms, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops but far enough from the noisy streets. the room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating, giving partial refunds for issues like no WiFi in the room. the breakfast offered a good selection of food.
The hotel needs some maintenance work, like replacing old furniture and cleaning up spider webs and dusty floors.
